Jagan did well in polarising TDP as caste party, already youth & social media lo kamma and other castes godavalu ekkuvaga untaayi, YSRCP IT cell used this to their advantage, this helped a lot in bringing other castes together and find an alternative which they thought is Jagan, adding to the fuel, giving nandi awards to balakrishna movies, hiring boyapati for events, hiring ramajamouli for amaravati design ( idhi aithe full comedy). lot of U-turns. chesindhi gorantha daani publicity kondantha. CBN might be good administrator but  not a leader who can bring people together on a single cause.

Sand mafia ( atleast in godavari zillas). ippud YSRCP kooda chesthunnaru kaani antha publicity raavatledhu because people are thinking TDP unnappudu cheyyaledha ani anukuntunnaru.  TDP MLA's never actively stayed with cadre, there are no  strong youth leaders.  kinda cadre nunchi vachina leaders chaala takkuva unnaru vachina vallu old aiypoyaaru, and age old politics.

have to give credit to CBN  for bringing polavaram  to this stage, gate pedithey ceremony, concrete vesthey ceremony, janalanu bridge daggaraki theesukelldam etc ivanni unnecessary which created negative effect rather than positive effect. 

Amaravthi capital anappudu could have completed atleast one big structure or atleast half of it either it be high court, assembly etc. yess they completed some foundations but atugaa velle vallaki buildings kanipinchakapothey ikkada emundhi ani antaaru,
