H1 to H4

Hi guys,

My H1b( full time) is expiring on Feb 1st and my company is not extending due to budget cuts. I am trying to find a new job through desi consultancy.i have a previously approved I 140 from the desi consultancy and left them after 180 days when i joined full time. My wife has I 140 approved (more than 180 days). In case i dont find a job before feb1st which is a better option to file  for h4 COS from here or to go to india (hyd consulate showing 70 days for new h4 appointment).

if i apply for COS here

1)is there any way we can apply for DL? 2) can i keep looking for h1b jobs and if i find one withdraw h4 application?

9-10 months aithundhi approvals ki..asalu approve aithunnayo ledho kuda thelidhu for few months now, oka vela lucky ga approve aina kuda enni rojulu untadho ani every minute tension padatam kante happy ga h1 maintain chesukovadam better ani.
