Jagan can continue the settlement in Vizag these yrs, we are seeing a first CM with a mission for evangelism and encroachments/settlements

there is no money with state anyway, stick pettukovadame kada vizag, only thing is vizag will get central funds as it has dual purpose (naval infrastructure/steel and other central govt inst)

Rayalseema is the net loser, rayalseema as seperate state movment will start soon
