My thoughts about moving the capital to Vizag

I am not sure how moving the capital to Vizag is going to help the city grow or help the state.

 

Amaravathi ni as it is unchesi, may be Guntur, Amaravathi, Vijayawada combined would have given the much needed boost to AP as we have some industrial presence in Ananthapur with Kia Motors, and Chittor with Sri City and the obvious vizag , steel plant in Kadapa and various ports helping other districts like Muchilipatnam port, Krishnapatnam Port in Nellore, Ramayapatnam port...

 

moving the capital will invigorate the area through govt spending for housing of its employees. expanding of the city.

attract new private investments in tech. Its absolutely explode the city's growth in a decade.

If you want to compare Indian cities . Top Indian cities by per capita or GDP are not all tech sector cities.

The city is defined by how it enables its smartest people to shine. If Vizag can do that, it will do well. 

Nothing else matters.

if u are claiming that Vizag cannot be a magnet for talent, u are making prejudgements based on status quo.

The announcement of capital is to change that status quo dudes. Wait for a few yrs before pronouncing verdict on Vizag.

don't be fooled by the niceness of vizag people, into thinking that their brains are not full of ambition

Vizag is such an awesome place to escape from ur parents, once you are done with graduation to find jobs.
