Aparna person mentioned it is soft launched and it’s at reduced price. Price was 14K until yesterday and 15K from today.

Is it nice investment ??? vuuu

Better HMDA approved or at least applied for HMDA approval(LP1 number untadhi), and then go for bank loan with lowest contribution from your side and maximum amount possible as loan, later on after 6 to 8 months when the developments are done, and builder sells the mortgage plots successfully then clear the loan, the interest you pay is not greater than the total risk. Asalu bank vaadu loan ichadu ante 70% clear annattu.

ee plots ki loan isthara? these are hmda approved and aparna kabati, legal issues undakapovachu anukuntuna. 99acres lo lot of posts with 20k+ prices.

Yes, HMDA ayithe open plots ku kuda loan osthadhi, 50 to 70% of the total plot value istharu.
