Acute Bronchitis is mostly bcoz of Viral infection (90%) and Bacterial (5-10%). You said yours is bcoz of bacterial so antibiotics should work. Cough ithe taggataniki some times it will take weeks. 
 

Best remedies:

Take Rest

Try to cough up the mucus

Drink plenty of fluids

Try Nasal rinse

Use humidifier or steam to clear airways

Try Honey or Honey Cough Drops

Ginseng will help with cough.

apart from pills vere drops kuda istharu naku. water lo mix chesi theskovali.

but ingredients ento chepparu. adhe problem. ikada specific ga adugutharu to make sure drug drug interactions undodhu ani.

If you are obese, time to shed the extra weight. It seriously helps a lot. Also Pranayama was recommended by my doctor.
