This is my take on Amaravati and its future

My theory is based in the logic " Create trouble, brew trouble, blame previous government for trouble, then solve the problem and claim its because of the present government that the problem is solved" 

2022/2023 varaku Amaravati and CRDA oka pedda biscuit...government level lo edo oka case or HC directives tho sray order etc lantivi vachi, edo oka rakamaina crisis create chesi, crisis ki solution ni delay chesi, edi 2023 varaku at least...apativaraku crisis ki karanam TDP/CBN/Kamma valla vallle ie problem vachindi...ani daniki oka solution teesukochi...2024 lo votes maaku eyakapothe adi kuda potadi ani cheppi mari elections ki potaru...

Naa personal experience okati share chesthaa.

last year I was San Antonio on a project work. Happened to sit next to a guy from guntur. He constantly curses CBN for bringing capital to that region. His complaint was ..he couldn’t buy property cause of the surge in the prices. He was irritated seeing his fellow ppl whi have some land ..becoming rich overnight .

he was least bothered about the self sustaining model,  revenue generation and jobs creation aspects.

so only ppl who have some property were happy with Amaravathi. Others were very jealous.

anduke manam akkada odipoyaamu.

 

sad but reality of the sannasi thanam of andhra mentality. No one can save these idiot

ippudu Buggana uncle and Botsa uncle cheptunna kathal kuda ive kada? Capital costs is too high ani. The common sense is the more you delay a project the higher it costs. Be it Polavaram, Rafael Jets or Amaravati. Oka Gov project announce chesaka prathi dikkumalina people leader edoka PP comments chestaru without even taking responsibility.
