Naa personal experience okati share chesthaa.

last year I was San Antonio on a project work. Happened to sit next to a guy from guntur. He constantly curses CBN for bringing capital to that region. His complaint was ..he couldn’t buy property cause of the surge in the prices. He was irritated seeing his fellow ppl whi have some land ..becoming rich overnight .

he was least bothered about the self sustaining model,  revenue generation and jobs creation aspects.

so only ppl who have some property were happy with Amaravathi. Others were very jealous.

sad but reality of the sannasi thanam of andhra mentality. No one can save these idiot

Amaravati is unwanted hype.  People never asked for 33k acre capital.    How do u expect them to fight now ?  Cbn aspirations are big that’s it.   Either he should convince them to support his dream or he should act based on ppl need.

forget about CBN and TDP. Youth should have a right thought process.....  manaki edhi priority anedhi oka clear opinion undaali...... everybody wants easy money..... take Polavaram as a example, now it is stalled at 70%, manam govt form chesi untey..... it could have gone to 75-80% in this dry season..... kula kampu, ni clarity on future is a cancer to current youth of AP.
