asking for another person to be killed should make you feel guilty as a human being, and make you think about the society you live in.

atleast for a moment. and about your own role in keeping that society ugly.

murdering another human being is the worst sin a human can commit. its a cruel act of power projection and vengence. It should be slowly eradicated.

I'm reminded of a funny anecdote about life in north western syria from someone who lived there for half a year as a volunteer. She went into a court, where the complaint was that a particular man had tried to molest his wife's sister because he is pressurizing her to marry him and become his second wife.

the wife came up with the complaint. The judges (just a council of woman that is randomly selected every few months) called in the husband and shouted at him for 3hrs straight. The man shouted back. in the end, he agreed to lay off the sister, and mind his business.

but still if murdering fellow human beings is wrong, then murder by the state should be wrong too.

agree, women are disproportionately victimized, but killing the men is not going to make the women safe.

Drags happen in hanging cases -

1) 3 times appeals vuntay

2) president ki petitions pedatharu valla amma nanna and relatives

Encouraging encounters is very dangerous to common society - already police are ruthless most of the times.. Repodduna policelu encounter chesi easy ga thappinchukovachu due to these examples.. punishment should be severe but as per the law.

Thappulu jariginappudu matrame manam especially elected politicians , police lu respond avvatam valla .. regular janalaki encounters manchiga anipisthay for some time.. continuous law changes and more protective methods are good way to avoid these.. 

Okka media channel ayina aa time lo patrolling enduku ledu ani adigara ? okkarina 100 ki call chesthe atleast HYD city lo why it is not possible to respond with in 5 minutes ani adigara..

avanni vodilesi encounter cheyagane okaroju mechukoni tarvatha salla badatharu..

 

Imagine police responding with 5 minutes atleast in city area would reduce lot of crime... Especially abuse towards women

Already Mercy pleas and other options expired for convicts..
