Oka job offer vachindi but h4 ead ending on 1/31... renewal file ayindi in September and still showing as case was received 

is there any way to expedite the process by submitting offer letter as evidence ?

there is actually a procedure to expedite the process for urgency... you can use that

It went to California service center and the processing time for that center is 6 months

California అయితే కొద్దిగా కష్టం బ్రదర్ అది ఎప్పుడు లేట్  .... ఎవరో చెప్పిన దానిని ఫాలో కావద్దు , USCIS వాళ్ళకి కాల్ చెయ్యి procedures మారుతున్నాయి .....
