Marriage Certificate teesko through local county collectors office.

Then have all proofs ready showing yours is a legitimate marriage not an alliance for visa / immigration purposes.

                 * Joint accounts maintain chestey better or atleast a joint mortgage

                 * Iddariki Kid untey inka sooper...

                *  Tours/travels / trips related pics showing the length and strength of relationship (mee iddari relatives and parents tho paatu unnavi untey inka better)

               *  File I-485 along with background forms

              * Takes about 9 to 12 months (different ethnicities and religions ayithey definite ga Immigration interview untundi to make sure there is no fraudulence involved. Make sure you both know almost everything about each other)

Thats it man... if everything works out 2 years conditional GC istharu

then after 22 months your spouse has to file a I-751 petition to remove conditions. That would take about 12 - 18 months to complete (same documents as above pampithe better). If everything is good they will give 10 years GC without conditions... meanwhile you can also file N-400 for citizenship if you have completed 2.5 years in US.

Dont need to be 5 years like regular cases... marriage through just 3 years kay eligible.. but can file N-400 at 2.5 yrs...

Why not use spouse country of birth and file for I-485 using the I-140? If his spouse is born in USA or any other country (except India, china, etc) I believe he should be eligible for filing for I-485.  Check with Attorney once.

Not possible.. first of all wife should be the main petitioner man.. if the wife is a US citizen, you cannot use her  in your I-140... only option is change of status...
