Is it a good idea to move to Australia?

Friend moving to Australia on Job offer. She say it is very easy to get PR over there but not sure about cost of living and lifestyle. Had anyone experienced Australian lifestyle in this DB?

Direct PR route is closed. Even when it was open, the list was very loong and was taking more than 3 years for the application to get a decision.

Even after moving there, IT jobs are not as lucrative as they are in USA, Canada, UK as the country itself is not developed fully in many aspects.

By the way, your DP is good, can we have a swimsuit photo please?

Cost of living is high , IT concentrated in a few cities , market is smaller and can not be compared to US , Melbourne/Sydney aithe costly

colleagues who went before a few years are happy and well settled now

What do you mean Direct PR is closed? Points based system kada , 75 vasthe timeline is now 8-9 months , did anything change now? How accurate/latest is your info?
