konni saarlu immigration lo return ticket adugutaaru antaru, so round trip is better.

oneway ticket ayite konchem pricey kooda.

US POE okkate kaadu, India lo kuda immigration appudu aduguthunnaru return ticket.....naa frnd mom ni adigaaru hyd airport lo.

oka option undi....Qatar / Emirates lo 100% refund unna tickets konu. These are expensive then regular economy (more than double undochu)...but adi book chesi, mee parents POE avvagaane cancel chey....you will get 100% refund without any fees. Call airlines and check with them first which tickets are eligible and then purchase.

Never had that issue... parents in-laws without round trip a ocharu chala sarlu... never asked them about the flight tickets apart from their passport and visas..

Refundable ticket is almost mandatory. 

That does not mean round trip is necessary. 6 months from departure oka fully refundable fare konu. US lo ki enter avvagane cancel karo. 

Parents ki ee sodi anta cheppaku they get paranoid and may screw up.

yes, they will let you board the planes, if you dont have round trip tickets 

PS: it happened to me

i had to book return tickets when my parent where in airport, but i cancelled the ticket once they boarded(thanks to 24hrs cancellation)

And I bought return ticket in the airport and cancelled it ...bokka about 30,000inr.

In my case, I booked 2 way for one parent and 1 way for other. 

 

No issues
