TTD funds to Churches

Thats the responsibility of TTD, not of the State Government.

Yeah, TTD daggara dabbulu unte they can promote whatever they want. But like I said, the state Government has a defacto claim over TTD funds, and the state Government can do whatever they want with those funds. The state Government is in no way responsible to promote Hindu Dharma.
