Rumour: Mahesh's Heroine Shocks Namrata?

Gossip doing the rounds is that Namrata and team have approached Kiara to cast opposite Adivi Sesh in Mahesh Babu's production venture Major, a film based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who saved several hostages from the deadly 26/11 attack.

Since the film is also planned for Hindi release, Namrata who has good rapport with Kiara approached her to be part of the film. However, it is heard Kiara said to have quoted around Rs 3 Crore as her remuneration. Since Kiara is in high demand in Bollywood with blockbuster success of Kabir Singh and several films in her kitty, she said to have quoted high. As the film is made in medium budget, Namrata has requested the actress to cut down her price.

What's more shocking is that Kiara's manager reportedly asked for more remuneration instead of cutting down her fee. Since the film will have release in multiple languages, Kiara's manager asked the Major production team to hike her fee to Rs 5 Crore. This is the gossip doing the rounds in film circuits.
