3. pay farmers during natural calamities etc( not enough paid etc etc.. but govt burden exists)

4. buy whatever they produce at a price  higher than market demand, (again loss for govt, loss through FCI.. finally sold to liquor companies as organic waste)

5. loan waivers every elections

6. free medical schemes

7. most important - lakhs of crores spent on irrigation projects

if you look at overall budget, 50-60% goes in this sh1t and rest for paying interest towards debt, middle class ki sh1t migultadi

other side 4-5% of population is paying income tax to cover for majority of the above dont get good governance, law and order, transportation, healthcare and schools or any infrastructure as returns

majority of today's farmers can be considered as leeches in the society draining away financial resources meant for developing a nation

not true, most of farmers simply behave like sheep, if Rama rao goes for paddy, every moron plants the same crop resulting in oversupply and less returns, same sh1t repeats every season, they dont want to change now as it is being subsidized by govt
