Market dictates any commercial business. 

Slowly once above said heroes gain market, they get directed by so called big commercial directors and producers too.

Ex: Raj tarun was produced by Dil Raju and going to be produced by Allu soon.  Nani was produced by big banners and acted under few big directors too.
