What do you mean by deserve? Who decides  it?  For me, Market dictates it. 

Ex: Software Engineer get paid more than comparably talented Electrical or Mechanical Engineer. Reason: Market

Free market lo you cannot sustain long without creating a demand. All the so called bada babula kodukula either by talent or money or something they created that demand in Market. The one who kept their demand sustaining stayed. 

TFI is not to blame. People who watches the movies and votes the bada babulu sons are the culprits.
