Urgent need help ds160 arrest issue

I got summons from police for fare evasion 🤦‍♂️. I have a monthly pass but in a rush(my kid is in hospital) i went through subway without swiping and cop showed and issued the ticket( no arrest no finger prints).i tried to explain but no luck.thought end of world. 

He just issued ticket and it says i can fight in court. I thought of doing so. But lucky ga ticket lo na details wrong enter chesadu ani court not even admitted ticket and it got thrown away as rejected. I don't even went to court. 

So what should I enter in ds 160? Arrested or not? I asked the court clerk she said you are not at all arrested nothing. I am confused.

summons issue cheste arrest ainattu kadu  its just a letter to show that you are called for probable cause anthe not arrest
