So they posted my job notification online...on job portal. ..

Ippudu....16 chitizens....affly chesaru....for this requirement 

So iffudu...maa IT dircetor....aa 16 candidates ni interview cheyyala ?

Or my company HR can manipulate the interview feedbacks ?

ft ithae cheyyali bro ... naa situation lo kuda many applied but naa Director is bit close so edho okati chesi reject chesaaru .. actually i drafter my job discription like having 2 techs in a resume which generally people does not have .

if they hire some one for that job you need to wait for 6 months and file perm again  happened to one my friend who had cranky mgr

Yes, your manager had to interview all of them. I am not sure how many of these 16 are qualified though
