Princeton is closer than penn state too. How is their molecular biology dept?

If you want to apply in NewYork for medical schools/biomedical research, the best place to work there is Rockefeller (pretty much the best place to do biomedical research in the country). Weill Cornell would be a close second. Columbia would be third. All three are excellent places to be at. NYU is pretty good too, but after those three.

Molecular Biology at Princeton? I don't know anyone personally there but I am sure it would be great. It is Princeton after all.

Which ones are the best in molecular biology these days? Ivy leagues are good but some are better than the others no..

Ivy Leagues are not necessarily all that good for research.

its kinda tragic that smartest of telugu brains have no option but to contibute their research work to completely foreign universities. After absorbing their work, the western socities eventually absorb their children in to marriages with local people and also all the savings these people have accumulated. Thats why you need strong development locally.
