Interviews lo kooda they are judging these days. Esp IT. Peruki thoka unte selected for next round.. there are what 3 million indians, most of them came here because usa needed them and the hiring managers were not biased back then... but these guys will become managers in the future and they will let in only their preferred ones. Funny thing is no one will even know it as Americans just think that they are Indians and that they were not hired because of their background.

Sorry man. I have no clue about these problem. I came for MS, did my PhD I did not go thru what guys went thru. so, I can not comment on that. I am  about it. if you were persecuted.

I find it hard to find Indians at work, put aside caste and religion.
