Just watched both movies and for me and whole family Sarileeru was much better than Ala movie.

ALa movie 1st half is unberable and not sure whats going on ..they just dragged and dragged..

Sarileeru message was very nice though it has its own drawbacks. 

Acc to me Sarileeru drawbacks are below

-> below average songs + rajendra prasad character + Rashmika entire characterization + 90% of train episodes in 1st half + More importance to Vijayashanthi family problems than concentrating on Mahesh & Soldiers issues

With regards to Ala vaikuntapuram movie there is nothing new and story as expected is very old but songs are too good even on screen.  Other than few jokes here and there rest of Ala movie is crap.
