How is the real estate market in vizag right now ? Planning to buy plots since very long time but don’t have a proper channel . Kapuluppda and ghaambhiram lo hadavudi vundhi ani vinna? Konchem area insights ivvandi local people DB lo vunte .

real estate especially these open slots at city outskirts is not that gud.. Even if u buy that area remains the same even after 10 to 15 years.. areas like anandapuram,thagarapuvalasa, aganampudi etc., r not doing that great unless u buy plot really near to main road or highway.
