100 Mbps plus ayithey you need good routers that has atleast 5Ghz band width to support 100Mbps speeds. You need to invest atleast $70 to utilize the maximum of your ISP plan.

1GbPS ayithey go for NightHawk X6/AC 3600 or NetGear Orbi RBK50 or Asus RT AC 3100 router is good. These routers cost anywhere between $100 - $300. But worth .
