Iran's judiciary announced that arrests were made in relation to the Ukrainian passenger plane crash that killed all 176 people on board after takeoff from Tehran, according to Associate Press. Iran had initially dismissed allegations but later its Revolutionary Guard accepted “all the responsibility” for the crash.
