I travel every year ( at least twice out of country ) and I have switched many jobs . H1 b didn’t stop me . Ultimately depends on choices you make and risk you take . Will agree on peace of mind as we can plan things better .

Agreed man . I realized this after taking FT . Promotions kosam e soaps eyyadam na cheta kani pani . Too much politics and same work need to do for years . Consulting lo we grow technically and more money . Talent unte vijrumbinchachu. Tokkalo full time . I can’t stay at a place and do same thing for years  .
