Eggs have melatonin in them. dinner ki eggs thinte i get sleep and would not be able to wake up easily the next day.

You can also try Cal Mag Zinc supplement. It relaxes your body.

That's true tho. But couple of months nundi diff time zones lo undi, I lost the cycle. I am waking up at same time whatever time I sleep. Somehow it got tough to fall asleep.
