Debt consolidation ante loans istaru ave ga? If yes then go for it... instead of worrying 10 different payments, just pay one big payment for one debt...

one of my friend went to a bankruptcy lawyer and negotiated with them to deal with debt collection agencies Say 5k card if the attorney settles for 1k  you have to pay him 5% 250$

Bankruptcy attorneys (not too busy) are good to deal with Debt Collectors as they send Cease and Desist letters and can take the calls once you authorize them then u stop getting calls.

I strongly recommend to ignore the medical bills if 10k. It hurts your credit for only 3 yrs. As long as you don't have any thing planning to big in another 3 yrs. you can just ignore it . After 3 yrs, it will be wipped out from your credit.
