Hollywood movies lo cheap comedy, chetta elevations, stupid exaggerations, sollu screaming dialogues, loud copycat music, thante people/SUVs galloki egaratam, athi undavu. Adi chalu disappoint kakunda undataniki. Yes to serious comedy, structured story writing, slick direction and tight editing by "qualified" people.

Don't tell me how many Hollywood movies are released each week. There are thousands of good old Hollywood movies to watch. They tell how to make movies. Our movies look like those made 50 years ago tell how "not" to make movies - even in 2020.

Sankalp Reddy - agree he is a qualified director (Ghazi Attack) - educated in Australia film school. Every field needs qualifications except the crew in Indian movies  - it is unhealthy and unlikely to change forever and can only get worse.

I did. I did not say Mallesham was bad. It is good.

Our writers and directors either need qualifications or talent. It's a problem when they don't have none except inherited legacy from their fathers (who were also unqualified but gained experience over time). These actors and directors are nothing without their fathers.

Even very old "stupid" chinese martial arts movies with very silly comedy are satisfying than indian movies because they at least have superior martial arts talent showdown. We can watch Bruce Lee's movies even today that were made decades ago - they are very serious. X-Files is a futuristic and serious series and can be watched even now. We get quality time from non-Indian movies. Period.
