Well those constructions are bad because of environmental impact...doesn't matter you give to poor or rich the ecological imbalance will be still there

The construction is already done... there is no going back... akkada malli trees avi plant cheyaleru...  concrete vesesaaru kabatti.. 

also, building demolition causes severe air pollution with lead and asbestos staying in the environment for months and can travel miles... impacting people in that area...
