alaagemi ledhu...h1b 6yrs ayyelopala labor approve ayithe chaalu - u can use that to get 1yr extension. once 140 approve ayithe, 3yrs vastundhi.

nope. check with DB boys. 5th year lo labor apply chesi, 6th year lopu approve ayite 1 year extention vastedi.

if you apply in 6th year for labor, then pakka 140 approve avvali. lekapote labor approve ayina em raadu .

I doubt it.

To get 1 year extension labor has to be filed before start of 6th year. 

If 140 is approved then you will get 3 years extension

Prevailing wages itself is taking 3-4 months now. Recruitment another 2 months. And 2-3 months for labor approval.

ya whole process takes about 1 yr - i think he still have around 1.6yrs left may be misread!!
