these laws have been there for long time FBAR FATCA agreement sign ainapat nunchi it is mandatory and take seriously..

India signed the FATCA agreement with US..and financial fraud is issue now.

remember RBI has all info with ur bank accounts in India irrespective of any bank...that centralised data is shared among these nations. who signed FATCA
