I already emailed two attorneys. Actually post aey veddam anukoledu but inka response raledu. Meanwhile mental peace and options ki vesa ikkada.

Why is your employer A not running the salary. Technically he should run the salary even you are in India on vacation.

Its 0 hrs. I am % basis . Out of country unte 0 hrs ki run chestaru . December lo partly i worked and he is processing december pay check as usual.  January probably will be 0 hrs.

No. Once you start payroll your old h1b is invalid better to stay there for some payrolls 

if you have approved times sheets with you no employer can’t hold ur money 

Tell them you will report to labor than will be good.

or start h1b process with company c on prem and wait for it approve

The day you left employer A, the validity period of H-1B with employer A is voided. PERIOD.
