Yea same employer two different clients you can do . I have friends who do two jobs . Greedy fellows

Official gaa per rule we can't do two jobs anukunta. Mesthris manage sestharu some how.

Nope we can . We can’t work for two different employers but we can work for one employer different clients . Roju ji oka client deggara kuda pani cheyachu. But any time you can have only one payroll running . 
 

we can even have multiple active h1bs but payroll should be with one employer at that time frame .

It’s one job aey ga ? You are working for your employer. He deployed your services at two different location . Same thing . It’s not illegal . Two different clients with different employers it won’t work . They have lca filed at both locations for both clients . Amendments also done with both clients . Illegal ayite how can they do it ? Stamping ki poyi vachadu friend .

Without mentioning in LCA no one is eligible to do two jobs on H-1B. If one caught it comes as a problem to both employee and employer as per tax rules and violation of visa rules.

Yeah their employer and attorney also knew this anduke they did LCA. They did amendment too.

No client accepts this kind of setup when we say working 80 hrs two jobs

We never share lca with a client. At least I never did  . Ethics are different from legal thing.  Btw I am not here to defend people who do two jobs . None of my business too
