IF B and C are your clients.  LCA ye location ki apply chestharu?  And if both B and C locations ki LCA file chesthe, both applications lo position and duties same vuntaya? Each location lo 40hrs choppuna chesthunnatta leka like 20hr and 20hrs at each location annattu file chesthara?

Hmmm. How do employer pay your salary in India? Is it like only 50% ke run chesi, remaining salary India lo istara? If so, how would your employer show the company taxes to the state?

I know few of them who run amount on people who are on bench (opts and h4) and make those people on bench to transfer the money to beneficiary....

But... I still can't get my head around this....

Do you know you can work 20 hrs with one client and 20 with another client too ? Ikkada 40 /40 but they run as one single pay rate combined for 40 hrs  or on salary basis anukunta. They will file LCA at both locations. You can file LCA at any number of locations. I got replies from two attorneys from AVVO. I can fall back on employer A if he didn't withdraw the application even if my payroll ran at employer B. Its not illegal to go back. Payroll while at B matuku run cheyinchakudadu with A adi fraud avutundi annaru. I can go back to A is the conclusion. I however will wait for replies from my attorneys too.
