How’s Vizag construction ratio with builder Heard it’s 40:60 (60 for builder) unlike In Hyd it’s 50:50.

pls throw some light.. 

Asking in general.. Nothing to do with Capital ..

Ledu baa..50:50 too in some places..but vizag Motham 38:62 or 40:60 ani heard.. not sure how far it’s true.
