Do not plan PR at this time.  It got stuck with earthquake couple of weeks ago and there seems to be still lot of aftershocks.  Also, it damaged few places and there seems to be scarcity of water etc.

If I may suggest, plan Aruba.  It's beautiful, relaxing and a small island.  We had been there last October.  You have direct flights from Miami/NY/etc.
