Running on treadmill is giving me knee and feet pain

?? :(

Go to a running store. They will let you know if you need to correct your foot strike (do you land on toes or heel), and help you buy right shoes.

There are alternative forms of cardio besides running. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7tiLCn8z-8

1) You need proper shoes (based on pronation, foot strike)

2) Foot strike - idi plays key role, heel strike aite joints meeda impact ekuva untundi. Mid foot or Front foot better.

3) Stretching - Even if 1 & 2 are checked, stretching is must. Otherwise you might get stress induced fractures. Shin splints are normal among runners.
