1)Are you over weight?

2)Do you have any flat feet?

3)when it started

4)how long u been runnin??

5)knee pain ekkada vastundhi side , top or bottom..

I do both .. Brisk walking is not sufficient for my goal weight loss

1) yes :(

2) i dont think so

3) it comes and goes not constant

4) more than 10 years but started intense in recent times as I have to lose weight for good

5)cant really say it hurts near keens and sometimes feet .. it goes away after Sometime
