Hyderabad lo 3-bedroom apartment konte better aa or plot konte better aa?? 

Manam ikkada US lo unte Plot safety etla manage cheyali? 

Prices etla unnay and ee areas ayithe better??

Recent ga evaraina koni unte, please share your experiences. I greatly appreciate it.

my concept..unles u have plans to go and stay in India...dont buy real estate.

Buy -> if you already dont ahve a house to go and spend time with family, or ur family doesnt own a house there..e rendu scenarios lo and nuvvu future lo India lo settle ayye chances unnai anukunte..

If buying buy plot or house no flats...

plots hyd area lo kashtame, illu vetukovali...flats are waste of money even if planning to settle in India...

areas now, i dont know about North Hyderabad, but south lo aite LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, BN reddy are booming...

idi chala pedda question already oka person ni scouting lo petta India lo still no luck.
