Kid puttinappudu if neither one of the parents is not a US citizen then they are going to rip off the birth right citizenship of the kid .
that’s the rule they are planning on turning into LAW.
USCIS needs money .. so they can go back and apply in the proper path to citizenship

malli apply endhi kaka?

puttinappudu neither of the parents is US Citizen and now one of the parents is US citizen then the candidate's birth citizenship will be revoked and the parents can sponsor if they are below 21... or  they have to apply for US GC/USC if they are above 21 by paying fees. He/she will be naturalized citizen.

If  still neither of the parents is USC, then they have to apply for citizenship of their parents' country.

evadikaina padivele...  aa pappulem udakavu kaka....

actually there is a rule already but other way around..

if you have kids that got USC coz they are born here... at the age 21 they can decide if they want to keep the USC or apply for the citizenship of their parents' country provided one of the parents hold the citizenship/passport of the country you are intending to apply citizneship.

I am not kidding .. ee law undi... but it is at the individuals will... oka form nimpithey court immediate cancel chestadi...and they can apply whatever country they want....

ee new law osthey form nimpakundaale court cancel chesi naturalization apply cheskomantadi..or 10geymantadi.... ganthey.. chimple...
