not at large scale may be..but they are using storage

India lane kadu world lo ekkada ledu..electricty cannot be stored at a scale ...it has to be used instantly as its generated..

tesla piloted in australia last year with a giant power wall/battery but that is uber expensive and too little for the purpose

(athena)they are a private company owned by manaollu in orissa generating some 1000MW in their power plant. I don’t think Telangana is buying from athena but state financed Marwa plant. they are getting for uber cheap rates ..less than prevailing market rates of instate producers. some united AP agreements were upwards of Rs7/unit and from chattisgadh we are buying at Rs 3.50/unit
