Out of court settlements lo kooda lawyers vuntaru kada... undavalli gadi daggariki evaranna vochi case pettamani adigithey pettali.. anthe kani indulo courts ni manage cheyatam emundi.. If and only if matter reaches court , then we will have a question of managin courts.

loss ayina vallaki reimburse chesthe inka enti vayya problem ? why they would want to proceed legally .. when they get what they have lost ?
