trying to get this run on azure unable to do it

well i created a hadoop cluster 

to be frank I am a novice in this  so here  I am 

i used azure market place to create the hortonworks sandbox vm

 then gone thru all the steps mentioned here

when I am trying to use HTTP I am unable to use 

 I enabled SSH and HTTP for my VM

I am trying to understand wher am I going wrong

as far as I know not all the documentation is made available under Cloudera
