The secretary of state accused NPR reporter Mary Louise Kelly of lying to him twice but did not address accusations that he cursed at her after abruptly ending their sit-down interview. His statement ended by saying “Bangladesh is NOT Ukraine,” which refers to Kelly being asked to point out the country on a map.
