Restaurant business model

A new restaurant is opened in our community by local Indian guy 

it appears to be running good with lots of local employees visiting them 

How is Indian restaurant business model like 

how many customers do they need to break even and get into profits 

also some one who worked in restaurant can you tell what days are best to visit these restaurants 

we ate Tuesday afternoon with very nice food 

later we ate Sunday afternoon and food was not great 

worried I might be eating left overs

Friday dinner and Saturday linch  ,dinner best

All hotels run good for one or two years man..

If customers like the cook they will come regularly..

Problem is even if they don't like for one visit they will stop or try other new hotel in town..

 

And also varieties Baga rotate cheyali..expectations meet avvali

rest. business involves lot of effort, time and $$$, if u don't have those.. don't waste ur time and $$$.

I am only interested in the food 

this is only Telugu restaurant near us and hoping this will stay and want to see if this guy will get enough profits to keep this good place 

mans wanted to eat fresh once in a while

Talk to them , encourage his business spread word about local business it will give confidence to him

After one year people get tired of taste and go for new ones..that's why many restaurant owenrs. Keep changing their restaurant names and remodel

All indian restarant are illeagl models - where do you get a indian chef from ? most of them are tamil guys who jump the crusise ship - they take money in cash and dont kwo when they wil sue you for wages . apert from that you have give them gust house to stay where they will bring theeir friends to drink alchaol - some guys evenbring escorts . if they rowdey and neighbours complain your screwed by apartment communut . ICE is picking up these people in big most of them who came 5 years back are running away . 

All this big chains are a big scam only they get benifit by selling you masalas ,royality  etc .

 

Stay away from restaruant business - unless you family can work in kitchen .

 

Most middle class people end up filing bankruptcy rich will pay lawyer fees and settlements

 

Coming to freshness of food - depends how lazy the chef is - if he ethical food is always fresh . if not every thing is left over bulk cooking for 1 week .  You can make out with the rice items easily currys it taste good for 2-3 days .
