I used to go to basketball coaching right from when I was 6. Around 10-11 years is when I seriously started following basketball . I used to play as a PG. Tony Parker and Chauncey Billups game I used to follow. Especially Tony Parker in transition . I always modelled my shooting around Manu ginobili. I'm a southpaw . Aa 2005 finals series between Spurs and pistons was like watershed moment when I became a die-hard Spurs fan . Spurs play against the defensive stalwarts was mind boggling. This was especially impressive after the drubbing Lakers got previous year .

yes I remember the series and also the 2003 one (which was much easier for spurs). Beating the reigning champions in seven game stretch was amazing and the pendulum swung way too much in that finals.. I became a fan of Spurs because of Tim Duncan and also for the fact they were the only tough competitors for the Lakers. I hated too much of Lakers domination.

Nenu kooda school lo aadthunde andhuke I followed this sport, I watched a little of MJ's prime to so I consider myself very lucky but David Robinson was a beast too and it would have been a shame if Timmy didnt join the spurs and robinson not winning anything.

Engineering lo I had a grade 2 acl tear and had to stop playing for a while but resumed playing here.  Kawhi vocchaka I really started liking how he adapted his game and improved his shooting . I was in the game in bay area where he was injured by zaza  and Spurs just could not cope up with the warriors.

Kawhi was a diamond of a find but vadni anavasaram ga keliki ellagottaru... thats one thing I didnt like about Spurs organisation, especially Parker calling him out was extremely stupid. But anyways happy he won a ring elsewhere and got a cult status in entire canada...

Oh Timmy Duncan was one player who almost never had a bad game. He was the cornerstone of spurs for sooo long. His defense was out of the world until he retired. David Robinson i have watched some clips and yea he was unbelievable. Agree that season where Robinson got injured and spurs sucked was the best thing that happened.

Ah ok. I lost touch with football like that. After coming here i totally stopped following. I was a huge Ruud Vannistelroy and Brazilian Ronaldo fan. Started supporting Man united for Ruud. After he left United i used to admire Rooney's game . Rooney pre 2012. After that slowly lost interest.

Yeah Kawhi was a seriously great find. The way he stepped up to the challenge of being the alpha dawg in spurs with so many established stars is veryy very inspiring. That was a very bad cheapshot by Tony Parker. Kawhi's uncle also irritated the hell out of spurs . If that defensive MVP performance against Miami Heat was coming of age moment for Kawhi,  then last year finals was the crowning moment as new King . That game 7 clutch shot against 76ers fluke or not he had the ballz to take it. That was the moment probably Toronto knew they'll win it that year.

i think parker calling him out is correct. His team needed him and he is nt there.

injured aithe no one will say anything, but vadini spurs medical team clear chesaka..he held up saying his own doctor didnt clear him. Isnt that a d1ck move by him?

i think he has something against spurs/Pop and he wanted out.

what was the injury he had? Spurs own medical team cleared him and he decided to sit out.

he deserved to be called out. Even now at clippers, apparently he made a clause that he wont play certain regular season games that are back to back or some thing like that.

Idk how many more rings he will win but if u see kobe or lebron, they wont take a day off if they are healthy

btw, I am D Rose and KD fan..

first nba experience was watching finals between lakers and celtics.  Then i saw Rose play and i thought this guy is a freak..how fast he used to play.

im happy to see rose back to form this year. Hopefully he will land in a good team next year..injury free Rose is a treat to watch.

It was a nagging quadriceps injury from 2017. His representatives were basically not happy with the way Spurs dealt with the treatment. I think his representatives wanted to see a specialist which spurs were initially not happy with. He is nursing some knee injury hence the load management . Agree Kobe and Lebron wont do the same but it might also be that their conditioning and recovery might be different. Their bodyy might take more than Kawhis

Last few years lo vacchina players lo i really like Luka Doncic's game. For someone so young and physically not as gifted as other elites, he is a damn good player.

Pop is known to rest players in regular season games. do u think he will risk kawahi's health if he thinks spurs doctors were wrong?  Pop has always taken care of his players..i remeber some instances where he would advice his players to take a counter offer because that would be benificial to the player.

I think pop can make another great player from scratch...many experts say Murray could be the next great one among spurs

Yeah cant fault Pop as well. Should've cleared the misunderstanding in the beginning itself.

Murray was promising but he hasn't stepped up as much as he was expected to.
