Nobody is stopping them to come back. Even now there are plenty of pandits in remote parts of valley. And when did pandits ever behave like they belong to a land. They are an ultra elite community as comfortable in corridors of delhi as in srinagar. They never have a single good thing to say about muslims of valley who are their own blood.
