Am also planning to buy 1 cr property, and thinking which is best move, to take loan here or in india.

NRI house loan ki avasaram ledu evarikina PA (power of attorney) isthe chalu ..... call and check with your bank.....

maa freind okadu recently applied 50 lakhs for house loan for pre approval got 56 lakhs but bought a house some 45lakhs worth it in small town ..... paid 20% and bank gave res of the money
